I've had these 99% of the way completed for so long that I'm not entirely sure what to write about them, haha. That remaining 1% that I had finish up was the lenses, which FINALLY worked out when Mrs. Harker gave me some colored plastic file things. I had been searching for months for something like that.

I had heard that sometimes glass shops would be willing to give up scraps, but where I called, they were going to charge me $25. Uh... no.

I'm thankful God sent me to the Harkers' for a solution! The plastic was given to me, and is much safer than glass, anyways. Plus it's lighter, and even slightly reflective. It worked out awesomely!

I think one of my favorite features is how parts of the straps show off the back of the upholstery, which is softer and a slightly different color than the front. It give the goggles a more interesting, detailed appearance.

Here's what I used:
-Tinted plastic paper protector things!
-Upholstery fabric
-Fur from the sleeve of an old jacket
-Thread, hand-stitched on
-2 brass mason jar lids
-4 D-rings
-8 brass brads
-2 screws
-Whatever awesome thing I used for the nosepiece, and
-Supah-gloo.
